i was so looking forward to this pampered getaway, but instead was greeted by horrid food that gave my kid food poisoning. it's absurd that after all that, i didn’t even get a room upgrade for my troubles! unbelievable! don’t even get me started on the dirty plates, absoluteley ruinous service. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

This hotel is perfect for families! The staff exhibited genuine care, especially when our daughter had a fall. The kids' club is engaging, and the food variety is impressive.

Room had a shower and was decent in size. The fitness centre kept me active, and the kids' pool was a hit for my family. The outdoor pool was clean and spacious. Sun umbrellas provided nice shade by the pool area. everything felt well looked after and there was plenty of entertainment for the kids.

Clean hotel, spacious rooms, with a lovely outdoor swimming pool and a bar/lounge area perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the local area, which is dotted with charming shops and cafes.

Everything was just right.
